• Rule B: Price Spike / Drop Detection

  • Price movement > X% within Y seconds → alert

• Rule C: Repeated MaxTx Dump

  • Single wallet repeatedly sells above allowed maxTx → auto-flag

Actions:

• Alerts via webhook/Telegram

• Trigger multisig proposal: pause / increase tax

• Optional buyback to stabilize market
